On Friday evening, 25 January, a few of the other boarders and I headed to the kitchen to be greeted with a large selection of fruit, vegetables and juices to make our own custom detox smoothies. It was the best way to help with the stress of exams!
Many of the girls chose apples, oranges, bananas and berries whilst some turned a greener direction by mixing kale, spinach and cucumber with a squeeze of lemon. It was great fun as we all compared smoothies and listened to music. They all tasted amazing and definitely took our minds off exams. It was a perfect break and we all felt relaxed and fresh afterwards.
