Horse Riding at North Berwick

Berwick Horse 2 600w

On Sunday 26 March I went horse riding for the first time! It took around an hour by train plus ten minutes by taxi to get to the stables. I went with six other girls and one of the boarding houseparents, all of which added to my excitement. I rode a really big horse named Danny. He was brown with black hair, very obedient and great to ride. He was absolutely stunning! We rode the horses through a field in North Berwick in our welly boots and helmets. We could have ridden down by the beach, but it was too crowded.

I really enjoyed trotting about on the horse and steering him through the fields. I think I've really got the hang of it now, and I definitely know what I'm getting this Christmas! This has been an unforgettable experience of a lifetime.
