Buddy Break

On Wednesday, the P6 year group had a chance to meet their Lower Four buddies. On Monday, the P6s each received a buddy book made by the Lower Fours. The buddy books contained lots of information about Lower School. It had things like camp, maps of Lower School and a pound coin for tuck which we all enjoyed having that day. The buddy books had information all about our buddies.

At the buddy break, the Lower Fours had prepared a delicious snack for the P6s. They had a chat with us and we got to know each other. The P6's had made a thank you card to thank the Lower Fours for the buddy book and snack. We all enjoyed having a break together and meeting our buddies, and hope to see them around the Lower School. Next we look forward to meeting our Remove buddy.

Buddy Break

On 30 August, we held our first Buddy Break of the year in Lower School. The L4s were excited to meet their P6 buddies and we brought in a snack to share with them. This year we are the oldest members of the buddy group which gives us more responsibility. We were looking forward to getting to know our buddies during our first meeting and we managed to find out lots about our buddies' summer holidays and the things they like to do in their free time. Our P6 buddies gave us thank you cards for the buddy books we made for them last term.

We hope that the buddy break helped the P6s to feel welcome and comfortable in Lower School and we are looking forward to meeting them again very soon!

Tabitha and Saskia, L4X
