Creative Challenges for P6 Game Designers

On Friday 25 April, we went to the Lansdowne campus for our activities session. Our challenge was to make up our own game using the equipment given to us by our teachers. We had equipment which consisted of cones, balls, rubber rings and bean bags. We were given 45 minutes to lay out our equipment and try our ideas. Then we went around everybody's game and watched a demonstration. 

It was very fun! We learned the importance of compromising and working as part of a team. We also learned that it is important for games to be easy to follow and that they must have a set of rules to make the game fair. This will help us when we start to design and make our own board games in class.
