Design Technology Students Showcase Recent Work

Our students have had an outstanding year in our new Design Technology facilities (see gallery images below), and their work was recently showcased to staff. The display highlighted the impressive range of projects completed across all year groups, demonstrating how our integrated approach - combining the traditional workshop with our modern design lab, 3D printing capabilities, and cutting-edge VR technology - is transforming learning experiences.

Our enhanced facilities are doing more than just improving technical skills - they're opening doors and breaking down barriers. With access to professional equipment including VR technology, our students are participating in prestigious challenges like Formula 1 in Schools, gaining real-world experience that prepares them for future STEM careers.
