The transition to our unified One School campus this term has proven to be a fantastic success, particularly for our inaugural middle school cohort who have adapted remarkably well to their new environment.

The integration has created numerous benefits for our S1 students, who report feeling more connected to the school community while enjoying practical advantages like shorter travel times between classes.

"Being on one campus has been easier," shares Darcy (S1). "We have enjoyed playing tennis at break and lunch and we feel like our breaks are longer as everything is closer. We also don't need to worry so much about being late to lessons because they are closer too."

A group of S1 students—Tillie, Poppy, Samyuktha, and Hollie—echoed these positive sentiments, highlighting additional benefits: "We're really enjoying accessing US tuck—the blueberry muffins and chocolate muffins are particularly good!"

The consolidation has offered more than these perks. "It's also been really good being in one place as we're more punctual to our lessons and we're getting to know the campus well ahead of moving into S2 next year," the students added.

The unified campus design has also enhanced academic support. "We've found it easier to ask for help from teachers as they're more accessible on this campus because their offices are here," noted the S1 group.

The expanded recreational areas have proven equally popular: "We've liked having more space (indoors and outdoors) to spend time with our friends too."

As we continue through this first term of our One School initiative, we're delighted to see our youngest secondary students thriving and making the most of all the opportunities our unified campus provides.
