At St George's, we start building confident, resilient girls from age two. Our Little Dragons know from their very first days that their voice matters and their feelings are valid.

We are proud to have been awarded Jigsaw Flagship Status, recognising schools where exceptional PSHE lessons drive a whole-school approach to wellbeing. Jigsaw PSHE has become central to our ethos here, underpinning our commitment to nurturing happy, confident and resilient learners.

Every lesson begins with a calm, mindful moment. A chance for pupils to settle, understand their emotions, and show up ready for whatever the day brings. But these aren't skills that stay in the classroom. Girls draw on them during busy days, tricky friendships, and the bigger challenges that come with growing up. Reflection is part of the rhythm of school life: pupils explore feelings, build emotional vocabulary, and develop the empathy that shapes how they treat each other.

We are deeply committed to girls leaving St George’s knowing there is nothing they cannot do if they try hard enough. The pipeline to becoming fearless women in the workplace, starts with confident girls in the classroom.
