Vision and Strategy
Vision
'St George’s vision is to be one of the world’s pre-eminent schools for girls, developing confident young women with independent minds and strong values.
For over 130 years our school has championed gender equality and our alumnae have positively impacted progress, innovation and opportunity.'

Strategy
Four strategic pillars focus our continued development:
1. An irresistible educational offer
A future-proof curriculum that empowers every student to pursue their own pathway, developing the skills, aptitudes, and qualifications needed for life beyond school through the support and inspiration of passionate, expert staff.
2. An innovative and inclusive culture
A welcoming, inspiring community that attracts and retains talented staff to create an open-minded environment where students learn and grow.
3. A sustainable school that reaches as many girls as possible
A modern, sensitively developed single-site campus that enhances our curriculum, co-curriculum, and outreach ambitions.
4. A school connected with its past and future
A thriving Foundation/Alumnae & Development Office that connects former and current students and staff, fostering networking and mutual support, with an outward-looking and future-focussed spirit rooted in our legacy as pioneers of girls’ education.
