Upper Sixth Leavers 2025 Stories FEATURE Image 2

As another academic year draws to a close, we're incredibly proud to celebrate our exceptional Upper Sixth cohort – a group of young women whose achievements and aspirations truly showcase the transformative power of a St George's education.

From Rose's passion for snow leopard conservation sparked by our Nepal trip, to Stella's leadership in launching the F1 in Schools initiative, this year's leavers have embraced every opportunity to explore their interests and develop their talents. Whether pursuing medicine like Trisha (our Arkwright Scholar and Amazon Future Engineer), veterinary science like Kiana (who represented Scotland at the World Internationals), or international politics like Anna (our MUN Secretary-General), each student has carved out their own unique path.

Their stories reflect the breadth of opportunities available at St George's – from CERN visits and biology field trips to CCF leadership roles and cultural exchanges in Australia and Spain. Most importantly, they demonstrate how our supportive, all-girls environment has empowered these young women to pursue ambitious goals across STEM, humanities, and beyond.

As they head off to universities including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Queen's Belfast, Sheffield, and Lancaster, we know they're exceptionally well-prepared for the exciting challenges ahead.
