The Remove Lunchtime Challenge

I took part in the Lunchtime Challenge on the 5th of May with seven other Remove girls. We all made a main course, a side and a pudding, which were judged by Mrs Barry and our chef, Mr Ferguson. We all had a great time cooking in the kitchens together. It was a lot of fun and we all learnt lots. Everyone cooked brilliant dishes which all looked and tasted fantastic. It was exciting to have our dishes judged by a two professional chefs, and I was lucky enough to win with my crispy chicken sweet potato wedges, tabbouleh, tzatziki and raspberry profiteroles. We all had a super time!
