Go4SET 2016

Go4SET Group 600w

Go4SET was a ten week project where we had to create a model that would benefit our school in different ways. We came up with the idea of a finger print scanner. This scanner would be on every classroom door and would eliminate registering – you would simply scan your finger at the beginning and end of a lesson. It would also show daily reminders and targets that would be edited and set on the locker scanner.

Go4Set was a great experience! We learned a lot. This included group ethics, how to work as a team without arguing too much, perseverance and a lot of organization. Throughout our project we developed our idea and it became more and more relevant. During the ten weeks, we visited our company mentor and it was great fun. We would recommend Go4SET to the year below us because it just such a great experience, it taught us a lot and at the end you get a Silver Crest Award!
