Blogs and News - St George's School For Girls, Edinburgh
On Thursday 8 February, the P6 Choir went to the Murrayfield Home for the Elderly. We sang some Scottish songs to celebrate Burn's Day. After we sang, we got the chance to talk with the residents. My friend and I spoke to a lady called Isabel. We talked about how St George's has changed over the years. She was actually a pupil at St George's when she was young! The uniform was different and she had to wear a white shirt and a red tie! She did wear a blue skirt like us though. I thought it was really interesting talking to her and she seemed to like talking to us too.
