On Friday 16 March, Primary 6 produced a play in day. It was a Greek myth called Orpheus and Eurydice. We were split into three groups: art, music and drama. The art group made most of the props, the music groups made up some scary music and the drama group acted the play. We had help from some of the Lower 5s who are studying drama. At the end of the day parents came to watch. We really enjoyed the day, it was really fun. Thank you to all the teachers and Upper School girls who helped put the show together.

Play in a Day was really fun. I was in the drama group. I learnt a ghost dance and we had paint all over our faces and hands. Our faces were white with scars and bruises and we had black eyes. It was really fun to do and to learn the dance. I really enjoyed working with the older girls.
I was in the music group. We had to practise lots and lots. I got to play all sorts of different music and it was really fun. When it was time for the parents to come I had butterflies in my stomach!
