St George's Lower 4 girls played an away match on Thursday 7 June against The Mary Erskine School, losing by 24 runs. St George's batted first and finished with a score of 224; unfortunately some good bowling and a couple of run outs cost the team some more runs. When fielding, St George's did well to keep the score close, with Grace and Isla both getting a wicket, before The Mary Erskine School pulled clear in the last two overs. Well done to all the girls on their first fixture!
