Many Hands Make Light Work

Ms Knox's very enthusiastic Primary 6 Art Club were delighted to take part in a social sculpture and have taken part in an exhibition and party at Leith School of Art on its 30th anniversary. Primary 6 Art Club members and their families were very proud to attend and see their hand-embroidered patchwork 'Boogie Woogie' apron hanging centre stage. Ms Knox was also thrilled to spot that Jess had made a special bejewelled apron. Jess is a St George's alumna and also a past student of Leith School of Art's outstanding Foundation Course. P6s' colourful apron was one of 78 artists' aprons including some by very famous Scottish artists including Callum Innes which will be auctioned this week in aid of bursaries for young artists. Well done P6 Art Club and see you next term!
