Primary 3 Traffic Trails

Hi Vis 2 600wAs part of Walk to School Week, on Tuesday 21st May, the Primary 3 girls donned their hi-vis vests and, armed with clipboards, survey sheets, pencils and lots of enthusiasm, they made their way out into the streets surrounding the school. The purpose of the walk was to hone their road safety skills.

However, the highlight of the afternoon’s outing was the traffic survey! Ravelston Dykes was filled with sounds of girls cheering cars, taxis and vans as they tallied up their numbers on their survey sheets. As well as learning important messages about keeping safe on the streets, the girls had great fun!
