The past two weeks have seen massive changes in the way we teach and learn and this has resulted in a number of new challenges and opportunities.
Since we began distance learning, Physical Education staff have been sending physical activity workouts, individual skill sessions, fun skills challenges, as well as dance and yoga activities out to pupils via Microsoft Teams.
We have been impressed by the girls’ (and their families’) engagement with these tasks and challenges. Many girls have commented or shared photo or video evidence of their work.
It’s important for us all to stay physically active during this time of isolation, for the benefit of our physical, mental and emotional health. Doing some form of activity each day is a great idea, whether it is walking, jogging a high-intensity workout or something else.
