Eco Day was a chance to have fun while raising awareness of eco actions that could help save the planet.
Eco Day was on Friday the 12th of March. This was the last day in lockdown.
There were lots of fun activities including setting up a Bee and Butterfly Café, designing a Bird Feeder, creating Pebble art and much more! Nearly everybody joined in! We had lots of brilliant photos and it looked like everyone had fun! Our favourites were the Plastic Lid Project where we made different creations with the lids we had collected, and finding Wild Flowers out and about on a walk.
We could wear green on Eco Day and house points were given for each activity completed. Special thanks go to the eco team and Mrs Sinclair for making this happen and thanks to everyone who joined in with the activities. We hope you all had a fun eco day and have been inspired to be more eco friendly and look after our planet better!
